Omega introduced the four polished claw screws, the "Griffes," to the Constellation's case in 1982, and they have defined the collection's silhouette ever since. On this 35mm configuration, those claws are cast in 18K yellow gold, framing a bezel with engraved Roman numerals in matching gold against the steel case. The combination of brushed steel and polished yellow gold runs from the case through the bracelet's centre links, the two-tone construction giving the watch a dressed identity without committing to precious metal fully. Water resistance holds to 100 metres; the domed sapphire crystal is anti-reflective on both sides.

The silver dial keeps the layout clean against the warmth of the gold detailing. A date window sits at three o'clock, with the transparent caseback exposing Calibre 2500 beneath the dial. Calibre 2500 drives the watch automatically at 3.5Hz, a self-winding Co-Axial movement representing Omega's first generation of commercial Co-Axial escapement production. The reduced friction inherent to the Co-Axial design extends the interval between services compared to conventional lever escapements. Power reserve holds to 48 hours; the movement is COSC chronometer certified.

The steel bracelet with yellow gold centre links closes with a butterfly clasp, its construction carrying the case's two-tone identity through to the wrist. At 142 grams for a 35mm case, the bracelet lends the watch a solidity that belies its size.
